Saturday, June 1st at 8:00 a.m – 1:00 p.m
Thursday, June 6th at 3:00 p.m – 8:00 p.m

This class will fulfill your NJ HVACR Board required 5 hours of continuing education to renew your license for the July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026 two-year period. Cost is $250.00.

Cost for 1 hour course is $100 – must meeting the following criteria.

If you are a holder of both HVACR and Plumbing Licenses your Continuing Education Requirements are to take a 5 Hour course of either HVACR or Plumbing and 1 Hour of regulations for the other. To take the 1 Hour of HVACR Regulations and meet your Continuing Education Requirements, you must have taken the 5 Hour Plumbing Continuing Education.

Walk-Ins welcomed if class size permits

The Class Will Include the Following:

NJ HVACR License Law- (1 hour mandated by state) Laws governing use of license & recent changes.
A2L Refrigerants, R410a phase out and cross compatible of tools. Safe handling and working with A2L refrigerant
Heat Pumps – Low Ambient / Cold Climate Heat Pumps and feasibility as primary heat source.
Manual D, J, & S (15 minutes mandated by state).
Code and recent updates – (1 hour mandated by state) International Mechanical Code, International Fuel Gas Code, International Residential Code

*Content coverage depends on a number of factors such as number questions and time spent on state mandated topics. Every attempt will be made to discuss all topics listed. Topics subject to change.
